Kangra School Bus Accident brought tears in millions eyes

Whole the nation plunged into a shock when a school bus met with an accident. It was very unfortunate that the school bus was carrying little kids and all of the sudden the bus falls down 61 mt from mountains. On 9th of April when the families of kids making them ready to their school, they were totally unaware whether they will met them again or not. 

Sadly the accident occurred in District Kangra of Himachal Pradesh, where 27 people lost there lives. It includes 23 little kids between the age of 5-14, 2 teacher belongs to same school, bus pilot and a local women who took lift from the same school bus found dead. The bus met with an accident in afternoon at around 3:30pm while the Wazir Ran Memorial Public School students were returning to there home. When the bus skidded, it felt down from the mountain and in a blink of a moment small little kids lost there lives.

Local public reached to the spot and called the Ambulance. Police force along with NDRF rescued the bus. As it was bit difficult to reach out to bus easily, it took around 3 hours to rescue  all from the bus. Khawara village in Nurpur had lost 13 lives from the same village where the maximum number of cremation will be badly experienced. Most of the students who all were badly injured were transferred to the local civil Hospital Nurpur and there after taken to RGMC Tanda.  

The driver who also lost his life in the same accident has been booked with FIR for the rash driving against IPC. We understand the critical situation howsoever no one can change it. We have lost N number of little lives and its a very unfortunate, but we can learn a lesson from the same for future. 

Do we have good skilled drivers, do we have good roads, transportation facilities, Do we have emergency backups, questions are many however answers are nill. The Government should take initiative in advance, why  it has always been waited for any big indent. Of course the Government keeping its priority to lower down these accidental cases but a proper bulls eye implementation is required where we will not loose such precious lives.

As few of injured students has been referred to Hospital Tanda for their treatment. I would request all whosoever is near by please approach to Hospital as Blood is required on urgent basis. Your single goodwill step can save someone's life.

"VOLLEYBALL" THE GAME OF HIMACHAL

State game of Himachal Pradesh is Volleyball and we have no doubt that Himachal has produced the legends in Volleyball. Himachal Pradesh has record of producing National and International players for every year. The interest of this beautiful game in public is alot. Therefore people who knows the game and play it, enjoys it well and who watch it as spectator enjoys double. People of the state are very much addicted to this game. 

The game of Volleyball has been followed by public since many years. The tournaments has been organized in different places on different occasions. Whether it is any fair, festival or any ceremony the Volleyball tournaments are always being organized to unite the people belongs to different places. Teams comes from there belonging names and shows the best demonstration of themselves. 

Fever of Volleyball starts itself from academics where students took part in game and always empowered to win. Students here has grown up watching the game of 6 men smashing the ball over a net of height 2.43m. Jumping above the net and smashing the ball hard keeps them highly charged and therefore the craze of this game is like a fever in everyone's mind. After academics most of the students joins the Volleyball academies and make it as there own profession. 

Many Volleyball academies are paying there attention to brought up Legends of Volleyball from state. Sri Sai Volleyball Academy Bilaspur, Una Sports Academy, Shivalik Academy Sirmour are few of the good academies which are putting there full efforts to nurture the upcoming Heroes of this game from state. Defence and Police forces also chooses the best players to there organization. 

Same where Sandhole in district Mandi had a great history of Volleyball.  The game of Volleyball has became the cultural game of this beautiful place. Players from Sandhole are playing for Zonal, State, National and Internationals. Even the previous coach for team India A belongs to Sandhole which boost up the dedication for upcoming generation towards this game.  

Every year volleyball tournaments is being organized by the people of this place where the teams through out the Nation took part. Railways, Army, SSB, Police from different states and different state teams belongs to different academies took part every year.  This initiative of people is commendable and we can  hope that our Government will also look into this and will encourage Volleyball.

लवनीत के ऑपरेशन के लिए इकठा किये 7,00,000 रू

लवनीत 

कहते हैं  की जिंदगी अनमोल है, इसे जितना निखारोगे उतनी ही निखरती है । कुछ लोग अपनी जिंदगी  निखारते हैं तो कुछ दुसरो की मदद करने में।  दरअसल बात एक छोटे से गाओं की है जहाँ  एक 20 साल का लड़का किडनी की बीमारी से जूझ रहा है।  लवनीत मंडी जिले के धलारा गाओं  में एक गरीब परिवार से समबन्ध रखते हैं। लवनीत पिछले कई सालों से इस बीमारी से जूझ रहे हैं।  उपचार के चलते परिवार की आर्थिक दशा बहुत बिगड़ चुकी थी।  हर माह पि जी आई चंडीगढ़ में चेकअप व् दवाइयों का खर्चा इतना था की परिवार में चूल्हा जलने के लाले आचुके थे। हर माह लवनीत को डायलिसिस से गुजरना पड़ता है जिसमे तकरीबन 30,000 का खर्चा आता है।  

इसमें कोई दो राय नहीं की परेशानी बड़ी है।  पर जहाँ परेशानी होती है उसका निवारण भी वहीँ होता है।  लवनीत की मदद करने के लिए हर कोई आगे आया ओर सब ने इस मुहीम में बढ़ चढ़ कर अपना सहयोग दिया। लेकिन हम में से कुछ ऐसे भी हैं जिन्होंने अपना काम धाम छोड़ के सिर्फ लवनीत को सहयोग करना ही उचित समझा।  अब आप इसे जूनून कहिये या दिलेरदिली, परन्तु इन वयक्तिओ ने अवश्य ही पूरा सहयोग दिया है। 

राकेश जमवाल (मोनू जमवाल) पुत्र श्री सुभाष जमवाल, अनूप बरवाल (अनु ) पुत्र श्री परताप चंद, दिपक वालिआ पुत्र श्री विक्रम वालिआ , अंकुर जमवाल पुत्र श्री कट्टम जमवाल , अक्षय पुत्र श्री संत राम जमवाल , शिम्पू धलारिया पुत्र श्री सुनील धलारिया, सिम्मी धलारिया पुत्र श्री विनोद धलारिया।  यह उन सज्जनो की नाम सूचि है जिन्होंने अपनी निजी जिंदगी को कुछ दिनों के लिए त्याग कर , अपनी नौकरी, दैनिक कार्य  को भूल कर अपना पूरा समय लवनीत की जिंदगी बचाने में  दिया।  अपने दिन व् रात एक कर इन सब ने तकरीबन संधोल के नजदीकी हर गाँव में जाकर चंदा इकठा किया। 

मंडी के हीरोज 

राकेश जमवाल (मोनू ) पेशे से स्कूल चलाते हैं और दैनिक दिनचर्या से जुड़े रहते हैं।  जब राकेश (मोनू ) जी को लवनीत की बीमारी के बारे में पता चला तो उन्होंने इस मुहीम में अपना सहयोग देना उचित समझा।  उन्होंने नजदीकी कुछ होनहार उवको को चुना और एक टीम बना कर चंदा इकठा करने में जुट गए। 

अनूप बरवाल इलेक्ट्रिसिटी डिपार्टमेंट (बिजली ऑफिस ) में कार्यरत हैं, एक वार्तालाप में अनूप बरवाल ने बताया की जब लवनीत की शारीरिक हालत के बारे में उन्हें पता चला तो  वे भावुक हो गए थे। जब इलेक्ट्रिसिटी बिल देने जाते थे चंदा भी इकठा कर लाते थे।  उन्होंने यह भी बताया की राकेश (मोनू ) पूरी टीम को प्रेरणा देते रहे।  रात तक पूरी टीम  दूर दराज के गाओं में घूम कर चंदा इकठा करती थी। अंत में आखिर वो समय भी आया जब एक अच्छी खासी धन राशि जमा कर ली गयी।  

इन नौजवानो ने तक़रीबन सात लाख तक की धन राशि इकठी कर ली और अब हमें विशवास है की वो दिन दुर नहीं जब लवनीत ठीक होकर घर वापिस आएंगे। इतनी बड़ी धन राशि जमा करने का शेहरा इन सब नोजवानो के सर पे है। जिस तरह से इन सब  ने मिल कर अपना योगदान दिया , हमें  इन सब मित्रों पर गर्व है।  

खेद सिर्फ इस बात का है की कोई मिनिस्टर या एम् एल ए मदद के लिए सामने नहीं आया।  हालाँकि चीफ मिनिस्टर फण्ड से कुछ रेहमत तो हुई परन्तु , जिस हौसले से इन युवको ने कार्य  किया अवशय ही सराहनीय है।

International Women Day

Women are the most precious creature of God. We can't even imagine life without women. However, we are still trying to run this world without their contribution which actually is not possible. Swami Vivekanand gave a good example that women and men both are like wings of a single bird. If one crashes that means bird cannot fly. Both men and women acts like a bicycle tyres where if one got punctured the other will stop automatically. The same concept applies in human life as well. If we dominate women in society, men cannot grow.  

Today in surrounded world, Women are forcefully dominated by all directions. Home violence, Dowry system, Infanticide, inequality, Acid attacks, Rapes are the few examples which had thrashed down their equality and of course the stability. Since centuries women have faced thousands of different religious myths. They are still struggling with few of them even in 21st century. "Sati Pratha" is an example where women used to murder themselves using fire. Child marriage, Teen Talak and many such myths of different religion are still alive where women have been dominated drastically. 

But no doubt on the other hand even after a dominating society few tough women comes out and fought for their pride and existence. Nandini K R was the  IAS topper 2017 who had set up a tremendous example that women are nowhere behind now. Even toppers for IAS 2016 Tina Dabi and 2015 Ira Single were also females. Indira Gandhi, Bachindari Pal, Sushma Sawaraj, Kiran Bedi are few examples who set up a good and supporting image for women.

Somewhere the restriction upon women and on their way of living, clothes and many other such things like teasing, harassing etc has shown the stupidity of society. Government took step in order to provide reservation during 64th Amendment under Rajiv Gandhi government but unfortunately couldn't passed. Later during 73rd Amendment it was passed under Narsimha  Rao government. If we talk about sex ratio for 2011, it was 940 females per 1000 men which is a good figure as compared 2001 sex ratio of 933 females per 1000 men. The number are still not appropriate but we can hope for the best as its improving.   

The major focus of Government should be on education as in most of the rural areas in India females has not been given the proper education which leads the insecurity for their lives. If one is not educated definitely he or she having less chances of income. Therefore Government should need to think more to provide the proper educational system for the women where they can easily approach for a good income sources and earn something for their life. This will not only make them independent but will also reduce the chances of their domination in society. 

Women took part in all the profession, they are in political world, in games, cinema, joined for combat roles in Armed forces, scientific world, they are flying jets and working for different organization. This all shows the real potential of a women. 

Today Government is running many schemes for women like :

• 33 % reservation for women
• Save girl child 
• Ujjawala Yojna 
• Beti Bachao Beti Padhao
• Women Helpline scheme
• Women and child welfare 
• Mahila Kalyan samiti  etc...

 No doubt Government is working hard to eradicate this evil from the society by providing reservations to women but we are still way behind from the actual goal.  Along with the government we also need to look forward and start respecting women with all pleasure.

Warm Tribute to Captain Amol Kalia

Captain Amol Kalia

A brave little child born and brought up in District Una of Himachal Pradesh comes into a lime picture during 1999 Kargil war when he gave a supreme sacrifice of his valuable life to his motherland. He was legend in fighting with enemies and left no stone unturned to defeat Pakistan during the war.

Captain Amol Kalia was born at  Nangal on 26 Feb 1974. He was good at studies and cleared engineering exam. On the other hand at the same time after his intermediate he cracked NDA and decided to join defense forces. He got all the motivation of defense forces from his elder brother Aman Kalia who already was serving in Indian Air Force. In 1994 he enrolled in NDA.

During 1999 Kargil war Captain Amol Kalia has been given a task to capture peak 5203 along with his men. It was utmost a height of 16000 ft and was one of the dangerous task. Captain Kalia was given with a team of 12 more soldiers who were best in climbing. They all were dropped on the site during night a day before. The position to handle was tough as it was coming directly under the pin gun range of enemy. Captain Amol Kalia and his team fought continuously for near around 24 hours. They engaged the enemy for a long time. Captain Kalia holded the LMG (Light Machine Gun) and killed three of the intruders. The team had fought brilliantly as it was very near to enemies hold but unfortunately rising day light and the shortage of ammunition didn't gave the permission to fight continuously.       

During the day light when Captain Kalia compromised with their location they under-been through a high shelling. Captain Kalia not only fought with courage but also inspired his men well. As it was the peak featured right before Battalic sector thats why the team do not wanted to miss this opportunity to grab peak 5203. Unfortunately while fighting during the day Captain Kalia and all 12 other soldier lost their lives under the heavy shelling. The position was directly under control of Pakistan soldiers and therefore it took 12 more days to recover Captain Kalia's Body. 

Captain Kalia got Martyred on 8th June 1999 and his family received the letter on 9th June which was posted by him before going to peak 5203. He was a brave heart officer who fought well in situation, who laid his life for his motherland.  He was awarded with Vir Chakra Posthumously. On his birth anniversary let us remember his brave efforts. May his soul rest in peace.

Unforgotten Indian National Army

With a Moto " Unity, Faith and Sacrifice" , the INA (Indian National Army) was formed in 1942. The idea for the formation of Indian National Army comes from Mohan Singh during the second world war. It was formed in southeast Asia and the prime motive for this force formation was to disturb the features of British rule to acquire the Independence for the Nation. Of course, the beginning was challenging for Mohan Singh but the leadership for INA revived under Subhash Chandra Bose.

Indian National Army was built with a collab formation along with Japanese. It was formed with the alliance of Japan as the nation was struggling hard during the World War 2. INA fought along with the Imperial Japanese Army in Burma, in Imphal and Kohima. 

With the motivational idea of " Kadam Kadam Badhaye Ja , Khusi Ke Geet Gaye Ja" , INA under Bose's right plan execution, slowly and gradually captured the North East part of the Nation and pushing out the British rule. Attacking on own's country was the biggest challenge as the opposition soldiers were the same Nationalist. Subhash Chandra Bose approached almost all the key Southeast countries like Singapore, Japan, Myanmar etc and collected the ammunition and weapons. 

During the world war 2 when America attacked Japan with its Parmanoo weapons many of Indian soldiers lost their lives too and the hope for the help from Japan was totally lost. INA was having a strength of near around 60000 troops out of which 45% near around 24000 lost their lives for the Nation. They fought, and fought with pride. They lived in Jungles, walked million Kms, fought without having food, kept themselves million kms away from their families. They knew the real meaning of sacrifice. 

It was that crucial time during 40's when father of Nation Mahatama Gandhi even failed with his "Quit India Movement". British rule was getting stronger but it was very much fortunate when Azad Hind Fouj INA formed and comes to rule. They have let British rule's know the power of " Laal Salam" and the unity of a common men.

Subhash Chandra Bose

The soldiers from INA kept their lives on risk for this Nation, even though, the Government haven't given the pride and the value of what they did for the independence sake. Subhash Chandra Bose who stood forward always for the valor and the integrity of this Nation. He is the personality with whom British fears off. They fear with the approach what Bose kept in his mind. Even after such presence for Independence, today we can't see any statue of Subhash Chandra Bose in Rajpath. Other soldiers who laid their lives in other wars or conflicts have inscription on India Gate however the INA soldiers are still extinct from hearts. Was it the idea of Nehru Government or else we don't want to remind our past. Let's remember all those worriers whosoever stood forward for India and kept their lives on risk, struggled themselves and gave freedom to us.

 कहते हैं की ऊपर वाले की मर्जी के बिना पेड़ का एक पता भी नहीं हिलता। जिस तरह  डूबते को  तिनके का सहारा होता है ठीक उसी तरह मदद की आश लगाए बैठे हैं मंडी जिला में तहसील संधोल के धलारा गांव से सम्बन्ध रखने वाले लवनीत धलारिया  ।  लवनीत 20 वर्ष के हैं और उनको पिछले  कई सालों से किडनी की  बीमारी है। शुरुआत में उनकी सिर्फ एक किडनी में बीमारी थी किन्तु समय पर उपचार ना मिल पाने की वजह से उनकी दूसरी किडनी भी खराब हो चुकी है। 

लवनीत इस समय एक कठिन परिस्थिति से गुजर रहे हैं।  उनकी दोनों किडनियां ख़राब हो चुकी हैं और इस समय उनका इलाज चंडीगढ़ के पी जी आई अस्पताल में चल रहा है।  लवनीत के पिता हेम राज एक साधारण किसान हैं उन्होंने बताया की सारी  जमा पूंजी बेटे के इलाज  में चली गयी फिर भी किडनी की बीमारी को जड़ से ख़तम  नहीं कर पाए।  उन्होंने यह भी बताया की हर माह बेटे का डायलिसिस कराना पड़ता है जिसमे तक़रीबन 30,000 रुपयों का खर्चा आता है।  हेम राज के पिता  ने बताया की उनके बेटे को यह बीमारी पिछले कई वर्षो से है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया की उनके घर पर कोई भी कमाने वाला  नहीं है और खेती बाड़ी से निर्वाह कर पाना भी मुश्किल हो गया है। डॉक्टरों का कहना है की किडनी का ट्रांसप्लांट करना जरूरी हो चूका है किन्तु इसके लिए तक़रीबन  5 लाख की धन राशि की आवश्यकता है।  जो भी जमा पूंजी थी वो अब तक इलाज  में खत्म हो चुकी है और ट्रांसप्लांट कराना एक चुनौती बन चूका है। 

 लवनीत एक गरीब परिवार से सम्बन्ध रखते हैं और उनके इलाज के लिए कुछ धनराशि की जरूरत है।  लवनीत के पिता ने आग्रह किया है की इच्छुक लोग कृपया कर के सहायता के लिए आगे आएं व् अपना योगदान दे कर लवनीत व् उनके परिवार में खुशीआं लाएं।
