Road Accidents

Enhancement in the technology has shown a new emerging life for the transportation field. New model of vehicle introduced by many companies in the market on the daily bases. This is good but companies are looking for their growth by selling their own models in the market. Rapid increase in the traffic had ruined the environment and of course the life of a simple men.

Road accidents emerges up like an aspersion in human life. Government and the companies are looking on the outer beauty of the nation by introducing the new technologies rather than the internal safety of a common men. After Russia, India is on the top most position on road accidents. According to the latest survey of NCRB (National crime report bureau) around 400 people dies daily on road. The majority of people who dies are in the age group of 18-35. Total number of accidents were around 4.6 lakh which were in record for the year 2015. Out of these 4.6 lakh accidents , 1.46 lakh people died in 2015. On the other hand Tamil Nadu gets the highest rank for the road accidents.

HOW WE CAN CONTROL THE ROAD ACCIDENTS:

  • Follow road rules whether you are driving or pedestrian. Obey the road lights and follow the signals. If walking on road wait for the red light and cross the road on zebra crossing.
  • Wear seat belt while driving car etc and helmet while driving two wheeler vehicle.
  • Driving person should be aware about the road rules.
  •  Avoid drunk and drive. It may cause your life or someone else.
  •  Licence authorities should be strict and should not impart the driving licence to disabled person.
  •  Their should be a proper psychological and intelligence test for issuing the licence.
  •  Traffic police should be strict on roads.
  • In case someone gets hurt or injured on road accident, then it is our fundamental duty to hospitalize the victim.
Of course one of the strong reason behind road accidents is the dense traffic and narrow roads. The rapid increase in motor vehicles has made the roads busier. Road accidents comes up like another challenge for the government. Our transport minister Mr Nitin Gadkari has given their latest statement that soon proper laws will be imparted in the public for the safety of people on road. He also urged people to follow the safety and road rules.

The accidents are more dangerous and frequent which not only damages the transport but also affects the life of a common men. If we follow the road safety rules it may decrease the number of accidents and the casualties.

Water crises 2016

Earth is covered with lithosphere and hydrosphere whereas the outer range belongs to the atmosphere. Lithosphere is the rigid part of the earth and consists of crust and mantle. On the other hand we have hydrosphere where the earth is covered with water. Profusion of water on earth is around 70 % of its total and 30% in terms of land. Out of this 70 % its 97% of water is in terms of oceans which is saline in nature therefore lies for no use. Only 3% of the total is a fresh water. Out of which 67.9% is in terms of glaciers, polar ice, snow, 30% as ground water and rest 0.3% in form of (lakes 87%), (rivers 2%), (wetland 11%).

If we see some more facts and figures the total world population is around 725 cr out of which 125 cr lies here in India which is 17.5% of the total. Whereas the amount of fresh water which is present only in India is 4% of the total fresh water. Therefore we can easily compare these figures with the population present in India.

In this year till now around 10 major states has been affected badly by the drought situation. Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharastra, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Orissa, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are in top list. 33 crore people has been affected by the drought which is 25% of the total population in India. 2,55,923 villages of 254 districts from these 10 states has been hit by drought.

Droughts are commonly of three types:

  • Meteriological drought : It indicates the beginning of drought.
  • Hydrological drought   : It indicates the lower down level of ground water, rivers, ponds etc.
  • Agriculture drought      : It indicates the lack of crop production because of drought.

Reasons of droughts:

  • Excessive evaporation
  • Insufficient rainfall
  • Long dry period
  • Depletion of ground water
  • Less water in water bodies like lakes, ponds, rivers etc
  • Over utilization

Biggest water crises for the year was in Maharastra and Madhya Pradesh has become a trouble for the people and the government too. People are fighting on the crises or water scarcity. The ground water has been deceased and dried down to a very low level. IPL matches were aslo shifted from the state of Maharastra just because of the drought problems in the area. Fights on water had become very common in areas. People started quarreling with each other for water. Therefore in Latur district section 144 had been imposed by the government where not more than 4 or 5 people can gather at the same place, so that it can stop the disputes among people.

As we all knows the importance of water in our daily life. Everyone uses water for drinking, cooking, bathing etc. Industries are running on the basis of water. Industries use the water and drags the contaminated waste into the rivers or ponds which affects the topography of the land and also revokes the freshness of water. The sewerage coming out from homes are also dragged into the rivers. The wastes from the hospitals and chemical industries when mixed into the rivers, it became like a poison for the fish and other aquatic bodies.

HOW TO PROTECT:

  • Water recycling or reuse of water
  • Reduce the usage of water
  • Conserve the water bodies
  • Water preservation

If the problem of water scarcity will not be taken as serious then it may leads other problems as well. If lands will not provided any irrigation during the drought it may affect the agricultural topography and crops which may strike the hunger in the biggest country. Government should have to connect the drought hit areas by canals from the major rivers. Government and we the people of country should prepare well before any natural calamity. Last month government had sent water to the hit areas via trains. Of course government is looking the mater of scarcity but proper preparation is still required to face such critical situations. A well planning can only lead to a proper execution.

Juvenile Justice Act 2015

The juvenile justice act 2015 came into existence on Jan 15, 2016. The main motive of this act is to treat the offender as an adult who are below to 18 (16-18) who has involved themselves in any offence or in any heinous crime. This Juvenile Justice Act 2015 has replaced the Juvenile act 2000.

According to NCRB (National crime records bureau ) there are 3887 juvenile cases which have been reported in 2013. These are around 1% of the total which now have been increased to 1.2%. Offence increasing in numbers were the biggest challenge for the government therefor government has immediately amended the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of children) bill 2015 drafted by Ministry of women and child development.

Juvenile Justice Board will be able to consider the juvenile as adult depends upon the criteria of crime. The board will investigate and find whether the juvenile has conducted the crime on his own or led by someone else. It will also look upon some factors about the mental strength and physical appearance of the juvenile that he/she are able to do crime. The state of crime will be decide by the board whether it is a normal , serious or heinous.

Crimes by the Juveniles are considered into three different parts:

1.  Petty Crime
2. Serious Crime
3. Heinous Crime

1. Petty Crime :
If any child indulged himself in any petty crime then he or she will get punishment of maximum three years.

2. Serious Crime:
If any child indulged himself in any serious crime then he or she will get punishment of three to seven years.
  a) If juvenile will be apprehended after the age of 21 then he is considered as an adult.
  b) If the date of apprehension is before 21 then the accused will not be considered as an adult.

3. Heinous Crime:
If any child indulged himself in any heinous crime like murder, rape etc then he or she will get punishment for seven years or above.
It also depends on the mental ability, understanding ability and of course the age factor.

We all are very much familiar with the Nirbhaya case in Dec 2012 where the person who was under 18 was released because of the same issue of the age scenario. But now the Juvenile bill permits juveniles between the age group of 16-18 years to be considered or treated as an adult for any heinous act.

If any juvenile is accused for any offence he will be kept under safety for trial till 21 years of age in case of heinous and serious crimes. Juvenile will not be sent to jail. Once attain 21 years age the juvenile board will decide whether he should put behind the bars or for reformation.
While the juvenile will be under the trial he will be given with all the possible facilities like health care, education, vocational training, counselling, safety, nutrition, etc.

Under the draft rule for Juvenile Justice Act 2015,  Women and child development minister Maneka Gandhi has released the new rules that no juvenile (16-18) will be handcuffed or put behind the bars.
According to the draft rules proper medical aid will be provided to the juveniles and their parents will also be informed the the committee.

Juvenile Justice Board has given one child welfare committee in each district to deal with one chairperson and four other members where one member should be woman.

Election 2016, A Biggest Game Changer

Election plays a vital role in everyone's life. As we are living in a democratic country therefor we all have our choice to choose the relevant person as a leader for the job who will serve for the welfare of the surroundings.
Election took place as same as the cricket matches where ministers are like the team players who all are in the battle ground, whereas people plays the role of spectacular in both the cases. In fact people are very much keen to know who is likely to win and who is on the lead.

In few cases when match fixing came into action, it all spoils the excitement of spectaculars. Same as, some of the ministers usually used to fix the polls between their opponents, they used to distribute liquor and many more items in the public so that they can draw the attention of the people which is wrong and should not be done. Government has to take some relevant steps to avoids such problems.

Result for the election in four states has been come up with a drastic change.
TMC (Trinmul Congress) of Mamata Benerjee led in the elections in West Bengal , AIADMK  (All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhgam ) party of Jailalitha remains on top in Tamil Nadu whereas BJP in Assam has set up new record of win and thrashed congress from the state. Same where in Kerala Left party appeared with the new game changer.

1. West Bengal

TMC         : 211
CONG      :   44
LEFT        :   33

Mamata Benrjee is likely to be the next chief minister of the state.

2. Tamil Nadu

AIADMK  : 134
DMK         :   98
Awaited   :     2

4. Kerala

LDF              :   91

BJP               :     1
Other           :     1

In Kerala, Left declare as the wining party and Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan is all set to become the next chief minister of the state.

The results of 2016 polls has shown the biggest change and emerges as the historic win for the parties.
The major two biggest parties BJP and Congress stood nowhere more than a state. BJP in Assam and Congress in puducherry only. It shows the appearance of these parties in the nation that how much people have been influenced by their work. The results of the major states like Bihar, Tamil Nadu,Kerala, West Bengal, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh these all shows the independent parties have good influencing power and of course the expression as compared to the national parties. The game has not been over now, still the next year polls in Punjab and UP are all set to bring the biggest turn for the nation.

Happy Mother's Day- Royalworldspark

Happy Mother's Day
God could not be everywhere, and therefore he made mothers. - Rudyard Kipling
On this auspicious day every citizen of the world is united to wish their mothers a very happy mother's day. And why not she is the only reason that we are smiling today and got this opportunity to see the beauty of this creature. A mother sacrifices herself always for her children whether she is in form of human, a bird or in animal. We have seen many times a mother sparrow feeding her baby sparrow, cats feeding their kitten, lioness feeding their cub and same a mother feeding her baby child.

Mother is the only reason why we start crawling, why we start walking, why we start speaking. A mother always makes her children motivated and gave a strength to live the life freely.
We Indian finds our mother as in form of Goddess because she is the reason of our success and even every step of ours depends on her motherhood.

To every mother through out the world we wish them a very happy moment of the life. May you live long and always keep smiling all the way.

Although still their are some places where mothers are treated like worst. In daily life we came to know about the foeticide and killing of baby child. Only a mother can understand the fear of losing her new born baby. It is malleable and should not be compromised. We all should unite ourselves to fight with such people who are responsible to murder a baby child and make the mothers childless.

A beautiful song dedicated to all the mothers. "Tu kitni aachi hai maa- Neha Kakkar"
