Aganeepath: A super Joke of decade

When the budget of Central reserves are being used for political benefits, when the opposition leaders are being bought. When the political rallies are being conducted with Business amenities. For sure, the national economical budget will be disturbed. From last couple of years, its been observed and well discussed too. However, the situation has become more worst and seems uncontrollable.

A lot of well being Organization like Air India, LIC etc are already been sold. Public sector undertakings are also endangered organization. In the situation like spiny wheels, the Government is also confused and worried with their sinking thoughts and the economical pool. No great decision has been seen yet and the situation may go worst.

Former Chief of RBI Mr Raghuramrajan had warned the Government a way back proposal during the initial phase of first term. Later forcefully the Chief resigned and a new Chief was preferred from Gujrat state. A lot of un realistic actions were taken and were failed. Currency Note Ban was one of the biggest blunder of this Government which took a drastic lose of a common men. Small scale business and wage base people were affected the most.

Agneepath:

It was being observed from couple of years that the Government may had plans to stop the benefits of Defense people which may include there Salary increments, pensions, CSD, Retirement plans etc. However they cannot stop immediately as the vote bank may get affected. The reason behind is definitely the draining of economical structure of the Nation. Meanwhile, Government has taken a recent step to launch "Agneepath" which seems to be a biggest blunder of this decade.

Basically this  scheme is to enroll people in Army and which having certain condition. The age limit is to join is from the Age 18-21, (till Age 23 is for this year only). The enrollment is only for 4 years only and 25% will be given chance to serve further. Salary offered during this period is 11.71 Lakh for four years.

Four year of the enrollment and the less Salary offered is the cause of worry for now as Defense is one of the largest employment provider. The age of 18-22 is an age of growing, developing the skills which may help person to built their carrier. If the enrollment will only for few years, then no one will be offering good jobs once they come out of service after 4 years.

An Army person may be deployed in different and dangerous terrains. During this crucial time, they might not get enough time to develop their skills. After completion of 4 years they will not been offered with any other benefits like Pension etc. They won't get other jobs without skills apart from a security guard.

There are lot of discrepancies which Government should review also and should take the relevant action is this scheme. To join defense force is a dream of thousand of defense aspirants. It requires the toughest physical activity competition and a good knowledge to crack the exam. Even after that the salary offered is less. This is of course a selfless service offered towards the nation however if someone will not be able to bear their family expenditure then why should one think about it.

The scheme "Agneepath" is simply the beginning of a new service norms in Defense which the Government cannot cut from the existing defense rules. 

Of course this may end up with some conflicting views and thoughts. The Government should have to discuss it again and execute in an interest of common men.
